"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. "Perfect location and lovely hotel for family"

"Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen...

"Amazing place. We were greeted by the super-friendly staff even before we entered the hotel. We were looking with our kids at their cows in the pasture, and the owner(?) came out and gave our kids food to feed the cows. It was a great start, and it only got better from there. The room was very spacious and clean, the food was amazing, and the location is perfect for hiking in the area. It was simply a wonderful experience. "
