Recent single storey house with access courtyard and private enclosed garden with trees, facing South West. The cottage is located less than 100m from the sea, with pedestrian access to the supervised beach of Ste Anne classified Blue Flag in 2019 comprising two seawater pools, diving boards and games for children, sailing club, diving club, and beach restaurants.
Close to the rental, you can take advantage of the services of St Pol de Léon, a town with character of 6000 inhabitants (shops, tennis, fun pool, ...) and its architectural assets (cathedral, shopping alleys ...)

Uitstekend

Heel fijne woning. Alles was er. Prima badkamer met goede douche. Koelkast met diepvries was meer dan groot genoeg. Goede bedden. Een fijne tuin. Ligging op wandelafstand van de zee en van het centrum van Saint Pol de Leon. Ik kan niets vinden wat niet ok was. Kortom een prima verblijf

Propriétaire de mauvaise fois juste passée une nuit car tres inconfortable

Apres ne pas avoir dormi de la nuit j ai dû quitter des les lieux car maison hyper connecté et etant très sensible aux ondes. Le propriétaire a refusé de me dédommager. Je voulais juste un remboursement partiel de 500 euros sur les 1180 euros payés. Sa réponse etait de voir avec abritel.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten sehr schönen Ferien in einem sehr gepflegten Objekt , dicht am Strand und Meer. Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt . Der Vermieter hat sich sehr um uns , seine Gäste gekümmert , wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle location

Maison très agréable à vivre, moderne, propre, au calme et à 2 minutes à pieds de la mer ! Très bien située pour visiter le coin. Cuisine et salle d'eau très pratiques, chambre : matelas confortable et ferme ; extérieur très agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillant, très facilement joignable, qui connaît bien la région et qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires ! Merci Stéphane !
