House ideally located in a quiet area, comfortable, neat decoration. enclosed garden and secure terrace for children.
This house is suitable for a family holiday or exploring the Côtes d'Armor (Paimpol, Ile de Bréhat, Beauport Abbey, Château de la Roche Jagu, Guingamp and its historic heritage).
It is located 20 minutes from the main road in northern Brittany (RN12). Two TGV accesses (St Brieuc and Guingamp) 25 minutes away. Rennes and Brest airports at 1h30.
Saint Quay Portrieux, renowned seaside resort, capital of the scallop, offering many summer activities and entertainment, several sandy beaches, supervised swimming, seawater pool, deep water port, Casino, golf (15 mins ), mini golf, Beach Volley, walks to do on the customs roads (GR 34) and boat trips.
On foot: a fishpond on St Marc beach in 10 minutes, brings fresh products, of excellent quality. Catering on site also. A pretty chapel is nearby, as well as access to the customs path.
Monday and Friday markets for local products. The auction can be visited (website) to get to know the life of fishmongers.

Just what we needed after five days in Paris

Clean, comfortable, bright home with a sunny deck and garden even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a week of being a tourist. Recommend for couples and small families VACATIONING rather than touring marque tourist destinations.

Nice house. Excellent starting place for daytrips to Cap Frehel or botanic gardens

Nice house (much daylight thanks to big windows) with spatious balcony. Well kept garden with terrace and deckchairs. Very nice restaurant on other side of the street (excellent grilled meat and fish). The owner is interested and helpful when needed. Many places of interest (for us) such as botanic gardens and Cap Frehel are within one hour drives with car. For hiking you can start excellent walks on the sentiers des douaniers from the beach.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à Saint-Quay. Deux bémol toutefois: la proximité de la maison avec une route passagère et le manque de réactivité de la conciergerie.

Schönes, nettes Haus mit tollem Garten Wir waren eine Woche in der Bretagne. Man kann von hier aus sehr gut an die unterschiedlichsten Orte gelangen. In der Küche muss man etwas improvisieren, da es keine Deckel gibt. Deckel für die Töpfe wären daher noch toll sowie ein grosser Topf mit Deckel. Es geht zwar bedingt auch so macht das ganze aber natürlich etwas angenehmer. Der Kontakt war super und ohne Probleme. Kann man auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Schönes Haus praktischer Garage

Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern da, die wir gut in der Garage unterstellen konnten. Das Haus ist von der Größe her ausreichend für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Lage ist gut mit nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Pizzeria ist schräg gegenüber gelegen. In einer Bar in einem nahe gelegenen Gewerbegebiet gibt es die Möglichkeit Billard und Flipper zu spielen. Zu den Stränden kommt man zügig mit dem Fahrrad. Der Rückweg ist aufgrund der Steigung etwas anstrengender. WLAN war zeitweise ausgefallen. Insgesamt ein ein empfehlenswertes Haus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief unproblematisch.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in St Quay

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2.Mal in diesem netten Ferienhaus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen .Der Platz ist perfekt für 3 Personen , es gibt einen kleinen Garten zum entspannen und eine Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und gleich gegenüber gibt es ein nettes Lokal mit leckeren Mittagsmenüs. In 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es tolle Strände nur zu Fuß dauert es ca. 25 Minuten oder länger zum nächsten Strand.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und schnell.Wir würden das Häuschen jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziger Minus Punkt war die Baustelle gegenüber, die während unserer Zeit allerdings still lag …..😉

Das Haus bietet alles, was man als Tourist braucht. Gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant, ein paar Schritte weiter ein Discounter für das Nötigste. Schöne Terrasse in liebevoll angelegtem Garten.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Umgebung

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist top, vor allem wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Bus ins Zentrum hält praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die Nähe zu den Klippen von Plouha und auch zu anderen schönen Plätzen ist toll. Wenn man Ferienfeeling ohne Massentourismus möchte, ist St-Quay-Portrieux sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und für Kinder ideal. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist in Ordnung. In der Küche mussten wir etwas imporvisieren (es fehlten Deckel für die Pfannen, ein Stöpsel fürs Waschbecken, etc. Zudem waren einige Küchengeräte schmutzig). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber in Ordnung. Vor dem Urlaub gab es ein paar Unklarheiten mit der Reinigungsfirma, die uns telefonisch kontaktiert hat. Die Firma hatte ein falsches Datum. Schlussendlich hat aber alles gut geklappt. Die Übergabe fand ohne Vermieter statt. Somit mussten alle Fragen digital geklärt werden. Herr Buhé war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns immer geholfen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

De bonnes vacances

Maison agréable pour séjourner en famille. Bien équipée et lumineuse. Au calme, un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer même s'il y a un supermarché et un restaurant accessibles à pieds. C'est une bonne location pour découvrir la région, je recommande.

Entspannte Zeit in der Bretagne

Wir hatten eine schöne , entspannte Zeit in der Bretagne in diesem sehr hübschen Ferienhaus. St Quay de Portrieux ist ein gemütliches Städtchen mit superschönen Stränden und man kann tolle Wanderungen am Meer machen . Das Haus war für 3 Personen sehr großzügig und die tolle Terrasse und der kleine lustige Garten mit den schönen Blumen haben auch den Aufenthalt im Freien sehr gemütlich gemacht. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. , manchmal musste man ein bisschen improvisieren. Nur sehr kleine Töpfe ohne Deckel …Gleich nebenan gibt es ein tolles Restaurant „Le Tartan“ mit sehr empfehlenswertem Mittagsmenü 😀. Ein Supermarkt für notwendige Einkäufe ist gleich um die Ecke. Andere Läden, Bäcker und Metzgereien sowie die Strände sind zu Fuß auch zu erreichen, aber schon ein bisschen weit .Ca eine halbe Stunde. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder !

Malgré une météo peu agréable, séjour très sympa, belles balades. La maison est au calme, très fonctionnelle, à vingt minutes à pieds du centre et proche d un très bon restaurant.

Great rental for a family of four.. just beware internet is terrible

Strong points: easy check in process with very thoughtful welcome package. Ample space for a family of four for a short stay. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood near the main town. Clean house, lots of towels provided. Weak points: Kitchen missing several basics such as some cutting knives (difficult to cut a melon or tomato with a butter knife), toaster. No dish soap provided Weakest point of all is the Internet. It was completely unreliable and quite frustrating for someone who works online So if you work digitally and a decent Internet connection is important to you, but I would not suggest this rental
