Grande baie vitrée de 4m pour accéder à la terrasse(40 m2) : sensation d’espace et luminosité équipé d'une cuisine extérieure avec lave vaisselle , lave linge ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur d'appoint que nous utilisons pour les boisson ce qui libère de la place dans le frigo intérieur, une grande table et un salon de jardin des plus confortable.

Très belle vue sur la Méditerranée depuis le chalet !
Compte tenu de l’emplacement du terrain de camping d’une part , et de la position du chalet sur ce même terrain de camping d’autre part, 5minutes à pieds étaient suffisants pour se rendre à la plage. Terrain de camping équipé d’une grande piscine et d’un superbe restaurant qui se trouvent de plus à proximité du chalet ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Location très bien...mais, pour nos attentes, emplacement pas top !
Le Var est définitivement une "région" que nous adorons tout particulièrement et encore plus Saint-Raphaël et toute l'Estérel. Végétation, mer, couleurs. Tout nous ravit à chaque fois. Le chalet de Mr et Mme Foucault est très sympa et plutôt original, comparé aux mobil-home "habituels. La grande terrasse extérieur avec le coin "plancha, machine à laver et 2ème petit frigo" ainsi que le salon d'extérieur sont très appréciables. Les propriétaires ont fait le choix, le chalet étant situé dans le camping de l'ile d'or (camping montant sur les hauteurs), d'être en bas et à proximité des commodités (piscine, restaurant, (toute) petite épicerie, accueil), ce que nous comprenons totalement. Nous concernant, l'emplacement, situé à une 30aine de mètres d'une voie ferrée assez passante (TGV, Ouigo, TER et trains de marchandises), avec un trafic d'environ 6h du matin à 23h30-00h00) et des passages toutes les 5 à 45 minutes, et à une 50aine de mètres en contrebas de la départementale toute aussi passante, n'est pas, par contre particulièrement "calme". Le bruit, quand on est en extérieur est assez présent et nous a même réveillé à plusieurs reprises au petit matin, entre 6 et 8h (passage de train, de camions de pompiers ou de moto pétaradant et même bois du chalet craquant au soleil matinal). Néanmoins, Mme Foucault et Brigitte, la concierge, ont été très soucieuses de notre bien-être, ont pris régulièrement des nouvelles et ont été très sympathiques.
