Schlimmer Vermieter, Wohnung ok.
Vorweg: die Wohnung ist ok, gute Lage, ordentliche Ausstattung. Allerdings kann man angesichts des Vermieters nur von der Buchung abraten. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nachlässig, reagiert nur ausgesprochen schleppend auf Mails, die Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgte erst zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub und auch nur nach mehreren Erinnerungsmails an den Vermieter. Zusätzlich entstehen vor Ort einige Extra-Kosten, die vorher nicht erkennbar sind. Das Internet, die Wäsche und die Waschmaschine sind zusätzlich zu bezahlen. Angesichts des Mietpreises ist das dann doch ganz schon happig.
