## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, one of which has a small balcony;
- two bathrooms;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen
- a dining area ;
- and a living room area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate the furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the sea where you can enjoy your aperitifs in peace and quiet!

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, Baby bed, Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven.
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located :
- 100 m from all shops: (supermarkets, stores, presses, lotos, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, etc.) ;
- 800 m from the access to the beach with free small trains from mid-June to mid-September.

You will stay in a village residence with :

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
