  • Garden level in a 73 m² villa, unoccupied during your stay, in a residential area of ​​Saint-Raphaël.
    Large south-facing terrace overlooking a magnificent private wooded garden.
    Two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
    Weber barbecue available.
    Linens (sheets, pillowcases for two 160 x 200 cm beds, sofa bed, tea towels, bath mats) can either be brought by yourself or paid for directly upon check-in. Linen prices will be provided upon request. We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.

Logement (conforme aux photos) très bien situé proche mer et commerces, le tout à pied. Grande terrasse avec barbecue et jardin très agréables. Intérieur soigné et bien équipé. Hôte à l'écoute et réactif. Je recommande.

L'emplacement idéal: a la fois près de mer, commerce etc. et a la fois au calme, intiminte...Le confort au top a l’intérieur de la maison comme a l’extérieur avec le jardin magnifique. Un séjour a ne pas manquer.

Location bien placée, quelques améliorations à apporter au niveau de la salle de bain, le propriétaire prévoit des travaux en décembre.Pour le reste rien à dire, beau jardin et espace suffisant pour rentrer les voitures.

une belle semaine de vacances dans un beau cadre

La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. A proximité du Port de Santa Lucia de ses commerces et ses restaurants. Quartier au calme, jardin et terrasse agréables, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön.Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.Die Lage war sehr ruhig und perfekt.Auch für Kinder ist es etwas da ein großer Garten vorhanden ist.Für Auto parken ist auch genau das richtige wo 2 Autos hinpassen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 8min.immer wieder gerne :)

Schöne Wohnung

Das Haus besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, die gut voneinander getrennt sind (Ober- & Untergeschoss). Ein Check-In vor 16Uhr kostet extra. Ansonsten verlief der Check-In zügig und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten, der leider Heimat einer Armee von Moskitos war. Ein entspannter Aufenthalt auf der Terasse war dadurch leider schwer möglich. Das ist aber auch das einzig negative, was sich über die Wohnung sagen lässt.

Schöne Unterkunft für schöne Tage

Die Ferienwohnung -in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe dem Hafen gelegen- umfasst das Untergeschoss des Hauses, drei gute Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlaf- und dem Wohnzimmer. Das Auto parkte auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Eine gute Ausgangsbasis zum Erholen, auf der Terrasse speisen und das Leben genießen!

Je conseille à tous de loué cet maison pour leurs vacances!
