Staff were so very friendly, particularly those at the La Table restaurant, truly very kind and attentive. The family room itself was really lovely. The air con was amazing, the beds were super comfy and spacious, and the hot tub was incredible! It had 3 downsides. First accessing the room with luggage and two young kids was through a set of steep...
