"We cannot fault our stay. Arrived late but Pascale had rustled up a 3 course meal for us….! Really friendly, beautiful setting, quiet. Very comfortable bed, great breakfast (as you would expect from a pastry chef). You eat at a table with the other guests in our case from Belgium and the Netherlands and much laughter was had alongside several different languages! "Lovely spacious house in the grounds of the chateaux surrounded by fields and woodland. The house is well appointed, extremely comfortable and the delightful owner lives next door and made us feel very welcome. No internet connection and having to hire bed linen at an extra cost is unusual in my experience of using VRBO across Europe but nevertheless this is a perfect house to stay in to explore the real beauty of the Loire Valley. And the exquisite boulangerie and patisserie a few minutes walk away in the village is a real treat! "
