"Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel, très bon accueil, pas de chambre familiale à notre arrivée, la réservation avait été faite le matin même avec la centrale, pas de souci car, de suite un compromis de trouvé. 2 chambres double cote à cote isolées et un geste commercial, merci nous sommes ravis d'avoir mangé aussi dans le restaurant très bon repas de qualité le soir. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner pas très varié, peut être des céréales ou pains au chocolat en plus ? Chambres propres, style...

"The hotel was extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which was very good. Able to reach all the sights on foot. Very close to the River. For the price the hotel was really good"

"We loved the Fourviere Hotel. The former convent is in a quiet location, albeit at the top of a hill overlooking Lyon. The staff were very friendly, the food good (reflecting traditional Lyon styles) and the cleanliness of a high standard. The breakfast was plentiful. The spa is small and can get crowded at certain times, while the outside pool was very nice, along with the gardens, in which we relaxed as the weather was good. The local funicular normally runs from 5am until midnight, making the journey to and from the old town easy."

"Phenomenal location - just a 5 minute walk to security. Good solid hotel - nothing spectacular, but the location was perfect. Also, the restaurant was surprisingly good - I had a very good dinner and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff - both desk and restaurant - were fantastic. If I'm ever flying in and out of Lyon again, I will definitely stay here."

"The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Gare Part Dieu, so very convenient for the train as well as local busses, metro and trams. It is a 45 minute walk from the old town if you don’t use public transport. The hotel was excellent clean and exactly as it looked on the internet pictures, and the breakfast was good value,, though there are also lots of Patisserie’s near by.Would definitely recommend."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, aber sehr ringhörig. Unser Zimmer lag im 1. Stock, also genau über der Lobby. In der ersten Nacht habe ich kaum geschlafen, da man immer die Geräusche/Stimmen aus dem Gang, der Lobby und dem Restaurant gehört hat. Das Spa ist klein aber fein. Jedoch sieht man auch, dass es schon etwas älter ist. Auch er Whirpool könnte mal ersetzt werden, der Boden war ganz braun und eine Abdeckung hing nur noch so halb dran. Aber für den Preis kann man nichts sagen. Aber das Superior Zimmer mit Spa Eintritt lohn sich nicht. Es ist günstiger ein normales Zimmer zu buchen und den Spa Eintritt extra zu bezahlen."
