Large family home in the heart of the Tarn valley
Housing : The house consists of 3 levels of 50m2 each: - DRC: Common room of 45m2 with open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), large 3m50 table, sitting area and laundry room (washing machine + drying machine) and toilet. - 1st: 1 room (bed 140), 1 bedroom (with 2 bunk beds and a bed 80), a bathroom, a landing room which aim room TV. - 2nd: 1 bedroom (with bed in 140 and 1 cot if necessary), 1 bedroom (with 2 bunk beds and a bed 80), a bathroom, a landing room which aim games / library room.
This implementation allows to easily accommodate two families with children. Each of which can have a dedicated floor (room + bathroom) and end up in the common room on the ground floor.
Outside: Guests can enjoy an outdoor area of approximately 100m2. This court is closed. It is equipped with a garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. You can park your car on the ground.
A TV is available in the house (1st floor). This will fully dedicate the DRC in place of encounter and exchange. There is also no WiFi in the house. The opportunity to return to basics for a holiday even more successful!
The village : Saint Rome de Tarn is a small village dating back to the Middle Ages. He kept many medieval remains (streets, fortifications and vaulted passageway). Overlooking the Tarn, you can easily walk to its watersports "Saint Rome beach" and enjoy swimming, canoeing, pedal boating, motor boating, or fishing ... Saint Rome de Tarn is also a starting point for beautiful strolls on foot and by bicycle. Sinners can enjoy the many rivers Sorgues, Cernon, Dourdou, Rance ...
Area : * Visit Millau, 20 minutes. : The Viaduct and Gorges du Tarn (arrival). * The village of Roquefort is 15 minutes. You can discover the production of its famous cheese ... * You can also visit the fortified villages in the footsteps of the Templars and Hospitallers such as Couvertoirade Cavalry, Sainte-Eulalie de Cernon, Saint-Jean d'Alcas or Viala du Pas de Jaux. * You will have access to the regional park of the Grands Causses (Larzac, Causse Black, Mejean).

Très belle maison au coeur du village. Idéale pour deux familles avec adolescents. La maison a trois niveaux ce qui permet à chaque famille d avoir son indépendance. Mention particulière pour le baby-foot ( parties mémorables). Immenses choix de livres pour tous âges et divers jeux. Seul bémol pour nous, nous avions un petit de deux ans et une barrière aurait été la bienvenue pour sécurisé les escaliers . Je recommande et nous y retournerons. Grand merci a Rose pour sa disponibilité sa gentillesse.
Agréable séjour en famille, maison très spacieuse et bien équipée. Le babi foot et l’espace jeu ont été très apprécié. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, et à proximité de tous les commerces du village.
La maison est très bien agencée et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise . Les étages avec WC et salles de bain permettent une fluidité très appréciable . La situation géographique de l'hébergement permet de découvrir facilement une grande partie de l'Aveyron . Le point cuisson mériterait d'avoir deux points chauds supplémentaires . Dommage pour le babyfoot trop endommagé . Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons très certainement . Le prix est également attractif .
logement bien conçu mais avec un escalier assez raide pour un léger handicap de déplacement; spacieux, clair et bien équipé; le village agréable et ancien et les commerces suffisants ; l'environnement est magnifique et nous reviendrons
séjour en famille de découverte du sud de l'Aveyron
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à St Rome de Tarn qui est un très joli village avec beaucoup de ruelles anciennes à arpenter. Les baignades dans le Tarn sont très agréables en plein été. Le gîte est très bien situé à deux pas du centre du village (avec petits commerces) et la plage est accessible à pied facilement en 10 min environ. Le gîte est spacieux ce qui est agréable, il pourrait recevoir par contre un entretien plus régulier. Rose qui nous a accueillis est effectivement une personne fort sympathique.
Maison proche de la rivière plage où l on peut nager faire du canoë du pédalo environ 1km
Logement spacieux avec un wc à chaque etage
mais vu la chaleur on a eu très chaud il a fallu que l on achète des ventilateurs
Le frigo est un peu petit pour une famille nombreuse surtout le congélateur quand on a mis les accus des glacières et les glaçons il est plein
Sinon le logement est agréable calme et bien équipé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (10 personnes) dans cette grande maison au cœur de St Rome de Tarn, jolie commune qui mérite qu’on s’y attarde...
La maison est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien. Cerise sur le gâteau : il y avait même des jeux et livres à disposition pour les enfants (mais aussi pour les plus grands), sans parler du baby-foot qui a fait l’unanimité.
Tout était fait pour que l’on se sente chez soi, et c’est réussi.
Une mention spéciale à Rose pour son accueil et sa prévenance.
Quant à la région, que l’on ne connaissait pas, elle mérite vraiment un séjour plus long...
En résumé : une adresse à retenir !
