18 km from Millau. House for 4 people recently restored, located in the heart of the village of Saint Rome de Tarn, all shops. Terrace of 20m ² with barbecue, living room of garden, parasol and a garden of 20m ².
On the ground floor: kitchen / living room, all comfort: microwave, oven, induction, 2 sofas including a sofa, TV, a toilet.
On the floor: 1 room 1 bed 140 and 1 corner night with window, a door and 2 beds 80 not superposed, a room of water with TOILET and a washing machine. Attention entrance of the narrow shower. The accommodation has been rated 2 stars for 4 people but a very good 2 by the tourist agency.
Electric heating in all rooms.
Rental all year from Saturday to Saturday. No rental for a weekend.

Super séjour en Aveyron

Charmante Maison dans très belle région

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, totalement rénovée, bien équipée, emplacement idéal en centre village, la pièce de vie reste à peu près fraîche en pleine chaleur dans cette ancienne maison en pierre. On parviens toujours à se garer devant ou à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à proximité, et répondent rapidement avant et après l'arrivée. Quand à la région, cest simplement magnifique, St Rome de Tarn est au centre de tout ce qui est à voir dans les environs, une seule semaine nous a laissé sur notre faim car il y a une infinité de choses à voir ou visiter !!

Séjour parfait !

Petite maison dans un village typique Aveyronnais. Très bien situé, à proximité d'une boulangerie,une épicerie,d'un restaurant et d'une base nautique.Balade à pied dans le village très agréable et reposant. Maison très bien équipée et bien fraîche ( nous étions en séjour en pleine canicule) Nous avons eu un très bon accueil . la propriétaire ainsi que sa maman ont été de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir sans la canicule pour y faire de la randonnée.

Nous avons profité de cette location très bien situé et agréable. Très bien rénové avec tout le conforme pour avoir des vacances réussies. Ell se trouve déjà dans une commune qui a su gardé un certain caché du moyen âge. Des jeux pour enfants dont à proximité de la location. Nous avons été enchanté de la région en général. Je recommande cette location.

Première visite à St Rome sur Tarn, village calme, agréable, proche de nombreuses activités... Le gîte est plus que bien équipé, on s'y sent bien et la vue de la terrasse est géniale. Sa situation dans le village fait qu'on est à côté de tout et surtout au calme. La propriétaire des lieux nous a donné à l'arrivée de nombreuses informations pratiques pour passer de super vacances! Bref, à refaire!

Superbe Séjour, reposant, vivifiant...magnifique village et gîte idéalement placé.

Nous changeons tous les ans de destination, ce dernier séjour à Saint Rome de Tarn est l'un des meilleurs voir le meilleur que nous ayons fait. Tant de visites à faire autour du village, baignade, commerces , restaurants bref le top. Sincerement Saint Rome de Tarn mériterait d'être classé. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Agréable séjour dans cette propriété entre Sainte Affrique et Millau. La maison est agréable, la propriétaire est disponible, avant et pendant le séjour. Intéressant pour mes enfants en cinq minutes à pied, vous êtes au bord du tarn avec baignade surveillée"e, location pédalos, canoë et restaurant au tarif abordable.Le seul hic de cette maison est le manque de wifi, après se déconnecter peut faire du bien. donc je recommande cette location.

Propriétaire très accueillant. Maison très bien équipée avec une grande terrasse ou il y a toujours une partie à l'ombre. Idéalement située, plage à 10 minutes à pieds, Boulangerie et épicerie à 3 minutes. Village très joli. Beaucoup de lieux et de villages à visiter aux alentours. Je recommande.
