"The room itself was not that comfortable because the couch looked dirty, but they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom and were in the best location one block from the action of frenchmen street. It was incredible! There was a cute courtyard to relax in and the staff were super helpful and responsive so we would book there again. "

"Location is close to family and I enjoyed the casino. The rooms need renovation carpets are in bad shape. I had to ask about the vip room credit I have missed out on this our last 4 stays. Overall great place to stay based on price location and Casino "

"There was a hiccup with the check in process. I was moved twice but the staff was really nice and the rooms were nice. Breakfast at Plain Jane as good. All the staff I encountered from the check in to the valet staff and restaurant staff were all extremely hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. "
