"We did expect it small, it was. We did expect mixed furniture and no luxury. We were right.The place was clean, everything worked although wifi was a bit Jumpy. There were towels etc. Even some flowers.But not to be seen on any picture is the smell.The smell of a wet underground space .With all Windows nonstop open it was " do able" . Not anything better than that.The landlords remark " perhaps it was because somebody smoked inside" was an insult.The smell is IN thehoyse"

"L'appartement est tres bien situé, tres bien aménagé. Fidèle aux photos et à la description. Face à la mer, ce qui permet de profiter de nombreux tableaux différents au cours de la journée et des couchers de soleil chaque soir. Commerces à proximité. Residence calme. Une bien belle escapade. Et une vraie réactivité des hôtes en cas de besoin. "

"We had a great time in portbail, the appartment is new renovated, everything is clean and functional, the kitchen has all you need, wifi is fast, the view to the river/sea area fantastic. The owners are very friendly, i ask for a socket to charge my car, that was absolut no problem. The bathroom is really tiny, but ok for us."

"First impressions matter. This property is part of a multi-unit building. The entryway and the stairwell was extremely dirty and smelly. The actual unit was great — clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The location was great with easy access to local highways and supermarkets. The downtown and waterfront, with a number of great restaurants, were in easy walking distance. The internet/wifi was very good once we got the network identified and received the password.
