"We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast and has a sauna and hot tub as a nice little bonus after a day on the slopes. Staff/ owners were really friendly and explained to us they had recently taken over the running of the hotel having made lots of changes and improvements, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend "

"Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite. "

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking?
