Hôtel de rêve

Très accueillant, calme, chambre PMR et salle d eau bien conssue. Petit déjeuner copieux ainsi que du choix. Très beau parking avec de nombreux chargeurs électriques.

Rien à redire ! Rapport qualité très bonne. J'y ai dormi 2 nuits. La première nuit, j'ai eu la malchance d'avoir un voisin de chambre qui ronflait puissance 12. Ayant un sommeil très léger, je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit. J'ai demandé à l'accueil au matin si la personne à côté de moi était encore là pour ma deuxième nuit ? Comme c'était le cas, elle m'a immédiatement préparé une autre chambre. Merci infiniment ! Vraiment au service du client

Pas au niveau pour nuit a 82 euros !

Odeur d'urine très forte dans la sdb et surtout dans la douche, porte intérieure SDB avec traces douteuses, coins crasseux. le code d'ouverture de l'hotel reçu par mail était erroné (15 mn devant la porte après 7 h de route!), quand j'arrive au petite dej, on me dit que je suis déjà venue manger ... Bref, je ne retournerai pas dans cette chaîne d'hôtel et je ne passerai plus par hotels.com. photos en PJ. Point positif : literie ok

Hôtel confortable mais le prix de la chambre est très élevé vu la surface de celle ci. Petit déjeuner à volonté au prix correct vs concurrence Réception automatique pas très pratique, heureusement que j’ai mémorisé le numéro de chambre et le code car j’ai reçu le mail avec les éléments à 4h du matin

Chambre payée deux fois!

Nous avons payer notre réservation en ligne sur Hôtel.com 77€ Le 13 juillet. Nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel le soir du 14 juillet et avons encore dû payer notre chambre, mais cette fois 69,96€! Pourtant, la borne avais bien notre numéro de réservation en ligne. Les deux montants ont bien été prélevés. J’ai envoyé deux réclamation au site Hôtel.com, sans réponse à ce jour. Impossible de joindre B andB! Merci de priver à notre remboursement. Cordialement.

Chambre correcte mais service déplorable. On nous a fait payer une chambre 2 fois sans pouvoir nous rembourser aussitôt, check in trèèèèèès long car ce serait compliqué quand on passe par Hotels.com (2 fois 20min quand même...). Impossible d'avoir une facture globale. Grosse fuite d'eau du lavabo. Et pas un geste commerciale sur un petit dej par exemple.

Personnel accueillant. Un petit bémol sur la propreté des chambres néanmoins, des toiles d’araignées au-niveau de la tringle à rideau. Réservation payée en ligne et arrivés à la borne de l’hôtel, la réception étant fermée, on me demande de régler à nouveau la totalité, c’est la 2ème fois que cela m’arrive dans cet hotel. Le problème a été résolu mais c’est quand même embêtant
