"Le logement est parfait pour profiter de l'océan, du marché de Montalivet et pour se détendre dans la piscine et le jacuzzi. Sylvain, le propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons loué des vélos et il nous a prêté une raquette de tennis. Merci encore à lui pour son accueil !"

"Nathalie und Philippe sind tolle Gastgeber, zurückhaltend aber immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch für 2 Familien ideal, da auf dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück 2 wunderschöne Holzhäuser stehen. Wir haben hier 2 sehr erholsame Wochen mit 8 Personen zwischen 17 und 60 Jahren verbracht. Alles was man braucht ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand, Wald, Markt, Bäcker, Supermarkt, einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank!!"

"Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lässt das Haus und die Einrichtung kaum Wünsche offen. Vielleicht wäre es ganz gut Grundzutaten wie Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer undEssig & Öl dort zu deponieren. Und im Bad und der Dusche fehlt es an Aufhänge- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Aber es ist ein wenig nervig dass man selbst Chlor nachfüllen muss damit das Wasser sauber bleibt. Toll ist der weitläufige Garten und die sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der nächste Bäcker ist nur ca. 900m entfernt. Ein...

"Das wunderschön gelegene, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Landhaus bietet die besten Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mitten im Weinanbaugebiet des Médoc und doch nicht weit von den Ozeanstränden liegt der kleine Ort Jau. Die Gastgeberin Michelle Destrade ist immer ansprechbar und ausnehmend freundlich, ebenso wie die netten Nachbarn. Man muss beachten, dass man für die täglichen Besorgungen auf ein Autor angewiesen."

Château Cordeillan-Bages - Relais & Châteaux

Best accommodation in France!

"We travelled 4 weeks through France. From Paris to St Tropez and back to Bordeaux and stayed at 8 hotels (all 5Star) This was our favourite by far. The personal touches, the amazing staff and the Chateau itself are all impeccable. Antony without prompting arranged our dinner and lunches as well as wine tasting locally. Nothing was too difficult and everyone from breakfast service to evening drink service couldn’t be more delightful. This will be our first stop on our next trip. "
