"A l'arrivée nous apprenons avoir 2 lits simple au lieu d'un lit double comme commandé. Impolitesse du receptionniste qui nous dit que nous avons de la chance de ne pas payer plus cher les 2 lits. Aucun regret ou empathie, plutot de l'agressivité. A se demander si certains commentaire sur l'hotel ne sont pas complaisants. Refrugerateur dans la chambre qui ne marche pas (d'ailleurs il ne ferme pas). Piscine sans les boissons à proximité contrairement à l'annonce. 2 teansats sont cassés voir...
