"Walkable from the bus stop, but take note there's a flight of stairs (I counted about 78 steps) via the shortest route. There's also a luggage friendly slope, but it's a bit of a detour. Nice clean facility. Lights in the toilet and showers work on a timer. (press and countdown type) The shower light went off in the middle of my shower and I was plunged into pitch black darkness because there are no windows in the shower room. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"Please stay away from this place. It’s not clean at all. It’s not what you see in pictures. Rooms are very small. Only 1 small bed doesn’t even fit 2 person on bed.. Don’t have any parking. Very dark in hallway. Balcony is not safe. It has very low railing."

Beautiful hotel
"Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back. "
