Starling Hotel Lausanne
VISIONAPARTMENTS St. Sulpice Route de Vallaire
3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (37)
"Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs, thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie "
