"They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. This needs to be highlighted or in bold or something that stands out "

"The location was ideal for getting around Vichy. The immediate area (and the hotel itself) seemed in need of some polishing and updating. My broken French and their English made things easy. We did not try the breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. We were there in May and the weather was unseasonably warm. They advertised air conditioning (climatisation) but it was not yet « turned on » for the season so we made do with fans. Opening the window helped but there were mosquitoes! This we found out was standard fare in the other French cities we visited however the hotel in Paris agreed to turn it on centrally, when we asked for it."

"Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."
