Between Beach and forest, in a dead end leading to the Beach of the Sun, semi-detached house in small residence, ideally located. Very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for thalassotherapy, Thalasso Oléron 800 m accessible by the beach. Very nice also for children, fenced garden, beach access very close and easy by the impasse. The beach is at the end of the impasse (very convenient for children). Access village center on bike path along the seaside.

Great holiday house
We had a lovely 2 week holiday here. The house had everything we needed, we really enjoyed the terrace and BBQ. The house was well located for the beach also with nice safe cycling paths to take us to town. This was great holiday house for us as a family of 4 with children aged 4 and 7. Brigitte the owner was very helpful and fast on all communication about the house and booking.

Déception ! - chèque de caution de 500€ demandé à l'arrivée rendu sous huitaine (même si la maison est relouée d'ici là) - électricité à payer au départ sans avoir les relevés d'avant - procédure de ménage digne d'un hôtel 8* si vous ne prenez pas le forfait Concernant la location : - l'annonce mentionne 2 SDB : douche dans le garage aménagé + une SDB dans la maison - parasol extérieur rouillé et cassé - photos prises sur le site grand angle, les pièces sont bcp + petites + le jardin. - couette non fournie malgré le retour de Fabienne qui le mentionnait (nous avons dormi avec un assortiment de plaid pendant 4 nuits) - vélos prêtés au bon vouloir des propriétaires, mais non dispo à la maison à notre arrivée, nous devons aller les chercher chez eux. - barrière enfant pour la sécurité des parents et des petits, introuvable - n'oublions pas, le cher voisin, qui fait des travaux ext. pendant les jours fériés (tondeuse, piquet... Fabienne a pu constater cela à notre arrivée) et qui arrose son jardin d'eau de javel sur sa pelouse > les enfants toussaient nous avons du partir qlqs heures. et j'en passe certainement... Nous avons évoqués tout cela à notre départ, Fabienne se justifie avec accord chien exceptionnel + prêt de vélos gratuit... ?? Puis 8 jours plus tard > photos ménage mal fait (nous y avons passé 3h avant son arrivée). Ns avons l'hab de louer trés souvent, ca ne ns ai jamais arrivé. Vraiment très dommage pour presque 800€ les 4 nuits !

Petite maison très agréable au vert et à proximité de la plage et des pistes cyclables
Petite Maison très agréable avec un petit jardin à à proximité de la plage et des pistes cyclables. Nous avons pu découvrir l’île d’Oleron à pied le long des plages et en vélo sur les pistes qui traversent la pinède, les marais...st Trojan est un petit village charmant.

Wunderbar
Schöner Garten mit Palme. Sehr nah am Meer und am besten Strand der Insel. Ein beschaulicher Nachbarort mit guter Infrastruktur. Herrliche ruhige Radwege ab dem Objekt über die ganze Insel. Mit einer supersortierten Küche. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.
