"This unusual property has been sensitively renovated to preserve a wealth of original features. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky. The pool, with its fence for keeping the deer at bay, was wonderful!"

"Un séjour très, très agréable. La maison est parfaite, très propre et bien équipée. Elle est de plus très bien décorée. Une fois les valises défaites, on se sent comme à la maison. Nos hôtes sont parfaitement discrets mais présents si le besoin se fait sentir. Ils nous ont donnés de précieux conseils de visites, gastronomiques et/ou touristiques. Nous avons adorés. Nous recommandons vivement."

"The gite is in a very rural location. It was generally ok. We stayed 3 nights, the one bedroom has a very slanted roof and it’s easy to bang your head on the ceiling. The stairs are also quite steep and again you have to be careful. My main comment are around the lack of small things like no shower mat, nowhere to put soap/ shampoo in the shower, only 2 dishwasher tablets, no dishcloth, one sponge/ scourer pad, no cleaning sprays, one tea towel, one laundry capsule, a small amount of washing up...
