"The house is well furnished with all mod cons. We corresponded with the owner on some issues in a constructive and friendly manner and she did all she could to assist [NB she is not close by]. The house has a beautiful pool, lovely large garden and two super outside dining areas. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky.
