Nice T3 with sunny garden in St-Véran la Chalp

Very pretty flat T3 in peace, with sunny garden, in Chalp de Saint-Véran, in the middle of protected nature of Queyras!
Near the restaurant La Baïta du Loup. Start / return skis for experienced skiers.
Linen is not provided, possibility to rent it.
The tourist tax is payable locally (1. 2 cts / night / adult) The White House is an old farmhouse before 1800 it is part of the homes that escaped the terrible fire in 1901.This typical home of the time is composed of a wooden fuse on two levels, a caset (former housing) of an outbuilding (old forge) and also an old stable refitted on the ground floor.
We welcome you to this old farmhouse completely renovated (July 2017) located at Chalp Sainte Agathe, hamlet of the town of Saint Veran in the heart of the regional park of Queyras.
La Chalp Sainte Agathe is the starting point for cross-country ski trails and many summer and winter treks.
You can also go directly to Molines en Queyras ski resort, which is twinned with Saint Véran ski resort and ski back from the chamois track that passes over the chalet.
For beginners skiers departure and return possible by shuttle to 100 ml of the chalet.
We are close to the Baita du Loup or you can enjoy Raclette evening, fondues and other specialties of the region.
The apartment Gentiane (56 m2) renovated in 2017 is located in the outbuilding (old forge).
It includes two bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a main room with kitchenette overlooking a balcony and a private garden.
You have from the balcony and the garden a view of the mountain and the meadow opposite or regularly come deer, chamois and marmots.

Excellente location
Idéalement située dans le Queyras, au calme. Location confortable, plutôt bien équipée. Dressing bien vu entre les chambres. Maison à 2 pas du restaurant la baita du loup. Jardin et terrasse extérieure très appréciables. Seul point légèrement négatif, la taille de la Sdb.

Un excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte joliment meublé, équipé et confortable. Nos deux petites filles de 10 mois et 4 ans et demi ont pu profiter du jardin et des balançoires :) La vue est imprenable et le quartier très calme. Nous reviendrons... :) Karine et Olivier

Un lieu calme très bien situé pour accéder aux belles randonnées du Queyras.
Proche de Saint-Veran mais bien plus calme, cette charmante location offre un excellent confort pour 2. La terrasse fleurie et le jardin se prêtent bien à de bons moments de farniente après la randonnée. La proximité du gîte d'étape la Baita du Loup est un plus . Nous avons apprécié y boire un verre ou diner.
