"Wonderful location for the first of hopefully many trips as a large group of friends (inspired by my dad’s trips with Terence’s friends below!). Dinner on the promontory terrace overlooking the river was truly spectacular. The pool was refreshing for our week of unexpectedly hot September weather and the hot water for showering was truly impressive. The chateau is an unforgettable vacation spot!"

"A truly relaxing and gorgeous place to stay with friends and family. Our most memorable part of the stay is the evening meal out on the terrace. We couldn’t disturb anyone else and just loved all being around the large table enjoying each other’s company, surrounded by bucolic scenery. The The rooms are so lovely, but despite the grandeur the chateau just felt so friendly and homely. The pool was also a joy, we all had great fun there. The owners are truly delightful and helpful."

Our first view of the chateau was from its imposing position on the hillside which could be seen from several kilometres away basking in the evening sun as we approached. "We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful surroundings, a lovely castle, and a house with a pool. Upon arrival, a few things were amiss, and these were addressed and resolved immediately.
