Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. "Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Appartement très calme, les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure et non sur le boulevard, il est très bien situé, au centre de Nice, à 500m de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais, et à 15 minutes à pieds du vieux Nice. Un arrêt de tram juste à côté ainsi que des arrêts de bus. Des magasins et épiceries juste en bas de l'immeuble. Et climatisé !!! La propreté était moyenne, on a retrouvé des cheveux un peu partout, et problème de fourmis dans l'appartement malgré qu'il soit au 3ème étage."
