"A fabulous stay ! Philippe was a gem ! There was a mixup on dates and rooms reserved by hotels.com, but he remedied the situation as soon as possible with genuine care and concern. "On VRBO app the location stated we were a 5 min walk to the St Anne beach. We had difficulty communicating with the French speaking host and they had to come and lead us to the property in the dark. It was 20 minutes up the mountain on poor road conditions. We contacted the VRBO rep in the am and they connected with Abritel. We were given a partial refundrefunded The host was very gracious and understanding that we wanted to relocate."
