"A fabulous stay ! Philippe was a gem ! There was a mixup on dates and rooms reserved by hotels.com, but he remedied the situation as soon as possible with genuine care and concern. Property is under construction which is a hassle. Staff are poorly trained for the most part. There doesn't seem to be a general manager on site to keep things working properly.
