"Super friendly staff. Don’t expect modern, it’s clean and functional. I can’t speak for all the rooms but my kitchenette was not stocked (but I didn’t need that). There is a fridge and microwave at least. Breakfast selection was great, they kept it refilled regularly; give yourself enough time cause it does get busy. Great location for tourist stuff and the bus stops for the city buses to and from the airport are right there. I would stay again."

Hotel Place d'Armes

Hotel Place d'Armes

8/10 Good
"The front desk, restaurant and valet staff were excellent. Hotel is beautiful. We had an upgraded room so it was nice. 5 stars for all that. 1 star for housekeeping. Sometimes they made the bed, sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they took the used towels, sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they left a chocolate and a bottle of water, sometimes two, sometimes none. We were there 4 nights. Ate the chips on the first night. They never bothered to bring more. Some of them were friendly, some seemed angry. We had one washcloth our entire stay. My cousin stayed in a different room. Couldn't sleep for two nights because the HVAC was making clicking noise all night long. They finally moved him to another room which had a half full cup of coffee on the dresser when he got there Even though housekeeping said it had been cleaned and inspected. Housekeeping is a problem. It needs to get fixed. Immediately."
