"The room we had was very unique with exposed roof beams, interesting art , decor , and smart new Bathroom facilities . The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Yoghurt, Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, and Breads with butter and and jams as well as a platter of cold meats and cheese, and a basket of fruit. It was generally served by the most friendly and considerate proprietor who spoke good English and made time to advise us on places to visit etc. The swimming pool and spacious garden were excellent for quiet relaxation and the sun-shading parking gazebo kept the car relatively cool."

"We had a great 3-week stay in Brigitte’s house. The pictures don’t really do justice to the beautiful garden, outdoor seating and pool, where we spent most of our time. We really enjoyed the village which has a good restaurant and boulangerie. Brigitte was incredibly hospitable, kind and provided lots of information and what to do. We would recommend this house to others."

"Great house for large family. Very comfortable. It was extremely hot when we stayed and we managed to survive well with equipment provided and of course that fantastic pool. Xavier is a wonderful host and on hand for anything you might want to ask, plus recommendations should you need them. We enjoyed the night market held inDuras …as well as trips to st emillion and Bergerac. Invited a local winegrower to host a wine tasting on one of the evenings which was something a bit different. Also just loved lazy days spending time with family playing games. Had a fantastic time thanks Xavier."

"The rooms were cool and large and airy with roomy bathrooms (although one of our rooms did not have a shower curtain). Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent but it was perhaps a bit overpriced. Tennis courts were well maintained and no problem accessing them. The pool area was well maintained but the pool was quite small. The birds were nice at breakfast but the wasps were annoying. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The proprietors are superb. The property has been extensively upgraded to a superb standard. The pool is perfect for relaxing around as is the number of chairs and tables undercover. BBQ if you wish. The mature trees are so colourful. In 7 years of travel around France this has to be our number one pick. "
