"We stayed in room 306. There is a bus station right next to it, if you are staying in summer and crack windows for air (as there is no AC), it stays noisy till past midnight. There is a restaurant in the back (Le Privilege) they had loud live music till midnight. Overall we liked the hotel and stay again. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite."

"We felt very welcome with our 3 dogs receiving a special treat bag! Room was very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice spa facilities, loved the hot chocolate coming from the coffee machine. Really wish it had AC as we had to leave the door open at night. Thankfully wasn’t noisy outside "

"Wonderful stay!! Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, skylight over bed, bunks for the kids, AC, and a lovely balcony to gaze at the mountains. Easy walk to everything, wonderfully warm and lovely receptionist who answered all questions and provided nice recommendations. We really appreciated the ice machine and laundry (washer and dryer, pay $10 euros at front desk for wash/dry/detergent). Big fridge and everything you’d need to prepare food. Highly recommend!!"
