"Hôtel à fuir ! La nourriture est aussi monotone qu’un repas de prison, les chambres sont d’une saleté écœurante, et les équipements semblent figés dans les années 70. Une expérience à oublier au plus vite. "

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

"Great location - clean and tidy - however the studio rooms are very basic - so avoid if you wish to have more comfort and luxury. We only booked 4 weeks ago and struggled to find any suitable accommodation- so this was a last resort for the week available. Rooms suggest sound proofing - far from it- but overall - great ski break in a brilliant resort. "

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈 "
