The apartment of 50m² is located on the ground garden of a villa, with a swimming pool, spa and a fully equipped relaxation center (beach bed, sunbathing , barbecue)
The apartment benefit of its private access and a private sun terrace. Interior spaces include:
• an open living area on both a kitchen and a terrace.
• furnished with a king size bed with a flat screen TV and an air conditioner
The room has a bathroom with corner bath.
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery
The common area has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom-toilet, a large dining table and a bar facing the pool.
The rental is conveniently located close (10 minutes drive) from the beaches and the main shops and services.
The cottage is located on the heights of Sainte-Luce there are not many mosquitoes which allows to enjoy the terrace in the evening.
