Breakfast good distance from city a slight problem getting there but ...there is good transport links to hotel via a tram number 1 then change to bus 85 to marche commun Then walk through a business park to hotel about 7 minutes that was the only option of you don't have a car like me

Check out was closed between 12-4pm - even though I was given information we could check in from 2pm - This was also on their own website and information given to my wife who booked via another website to. So arriving a 2.20pm in the pouring rain from an early am flight wasn't ideal. All shut up - nowhere to stand except in the porch and an hour wait for staff to arrive around 3.30pm - not an ideal start - Limited tea/coffee n towels also experienced - Ok on a budget, but maybe a bit more expected after check in

It was a standard Hotel who inreased prices substantially for Rugby on Sat evening. Breakfast was good selection. Staff helpful and I wanted to call out Mahilys who was exceptionally good and helpful

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was not clean. There were tiny gnats dead in front of the window and in the bathroom. The room was also a bit dusty, as if it hadn't been opened / aired for a while.

Good, clean hotel, although a little dated

WiFi on Android phones, "no internet", yet laptop connected to WiFi without any problem. The shower is over the bath, with associated slip risk. We had to get an extra towel to put in the bottom of the bath to make it less slippery. Only I chair (and a stool). Reasonably quiet, despite not being double glazed, although some nights were not busy. The staff were very obliging and helpful. Turning off the main road, their signage is difficult to see. We missed it completely at first, because of the confusing address. The address given is by the hotel is 23 boulevard des Patureaux, according to my SatNav, there is no such number. I think it should perhaps be 2-3. There is good parking with a secured gate after hours. There is no lift if you are allocated a second floor unit. Although a bit dated, overall it is quite a reasonable and clean hotel.

Camere funzionali e ottime per chi fa di Nantes un punto di partenza per le sue escursioni. Il cancello chiuso la notte garantisce la sicurezza e la tranquillita' degli ospiti! Il parcheggio e' davvero capiente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Se si vuole, si puo' fare anche colazione ! Il prezzo e' decisamente conveniente (abbiamo scelto tramite Expedia)

Un établissement avec un trés bon rapport qualité

J’ai passé une nuit agréable dans cet établissement un peu vieillot. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel s’est montré à la fois serviable et courtois, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité du séjour. La chambre était confortable et bien agencée, idéale pour se reposer après une longue journée. Le restaurant propose des menus de qualité composés de produits du terroir. Le personnel est agréable et le cadre est calme Un établissement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Toujours un plaisir de venir, une équipe agréable et a l'écoute du client. Une cuisine très bonne, une réceptionniste très professionnelle et courageuse qui était partout en pleine heures de pointe, allant de la réception au service en salle non stop. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Nous n’avons pas la même notion du confort

La fenêtre en simple vitrage ne disposait pas d’un volet, la porte donnant directement sur l’extérieur n’était pas entièrement hermétique, j’ai eu froid toute la nuit, malgré un chauffage à fond J’ai sans doute été puni d’avoir effectué ma réservation par internet, en me voyant attribué la chambre la plus pourrie
