"Alles gut"

"Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided...

"Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in dem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen worden und die Übergebe Lief (auf französisch und Englisch) herzlich und reibungslos. Das Haus war für uns (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) perfekt. Platz wäre sogar für 6 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Zum Strand hat es ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Können das Haus mit Pool nur empfehlen. "

"La maison d’Yves, agréable et décorée avec goût, a répondu à nos attentes. Située dans un quartier calme de Biarritz, le centre et les plages sont accessibles à pied. C’est également un bon point de départ pour découvrir le Pays basque français et espagnol. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et découvert une région magnifique. "

"Welcome was nice and very gentle from Mr Guffroy. Location is just nearby the railways and even if the train is not every 10mn it is not so peaceful. Overall cleanliness is a real issue mostly everywhere. Moisture, dishes not clean, bathroom not clean and problems with the shower, bedrooms not clean as well, laundry is not ready and clean… Garden was like savage garden, kitchen window with humidity, parking lot dangerous and bbq not usable. Mr Guffroy did his best and his willingness is very...
