Our stay at the house was lovely. We had a pleasant week and the house is appointed in a way that you can sense the owners use it themselves. This is important, because it means that most things that you expect in a kitchen for example are there. The only gripe we had with the place was there wasn't enough toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent provided as needed for a large family. This is something we expected to be included at this price point. Beyond that it's a lovely place to stay and the hosts are very kind.

Nous avons passé une semaine en aout 2024, avec des amis. Soit 4 adultes et 6 enfants de 3 a 11 ans. La maison est très agréable a vivre et son grand jardin a ravis petits et grands!

Ces 15 jours ont été parfaits, dans un lieu confortable et accueillant, a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur, et proche de toutes les activites possibles....pas le moindre bémol à apporter.

Maison bien située, on fait tout à pied (plage et courses), entourée d'un grand jardin clos. Espace intérieur vaste et fonctionnel, on peut s'isoler comme être en groupe. Bon équipement, . Accueil agréable par les propriétaires. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine fin août 2022 et espérons bien revenir .

La maison est très bien équipée, adaptée au séjour d'une grande famille. Nous étions 12. Dommage que les plages de la commune ne sont pas très bonnes.

Une maison très pratique à vivre avec sa grande tables abritée donnant sur la cuisine, une superbe jardin arboré idéale pour les enfants, avec une superbe exposition mais des coins d'ombre aussi pour se reposer. Une chambre en bas, assez excentrée de la cuisine pour être au calme. Rien à redire sur la maison, on y était vraiment bien. Il y a des plages juste à côté mais par contre il faut les chaussures qui protègent les pieds, il y a des cailloux. Sinon en allant 1peu plus loin il y a des belle plage de sable fin. A marée basse oups tjrs 1 peu de cailloux. Sinon très bon accueil des propriétaires, aucun soucis. Coin très calme et très mignon avec des petites rues piétonnes. Un marché juste à côté present tous les jours, c'est parfait... Envie d'y retourner !!

Espaces intérieurs et exrérieurs parfaits pour plusieurs familles avec enfants de tous âges. Tous les équipements de bonne qualité. 2 aspirateurs. Couchages et sièges en nombre plus que suffisant. Ne manquent peut-être que 6 tablettes lave-vaisselle et lave-linge

Accueil très chaleureux et plein d'attentions de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Encore merci pour ce séjour !

Ce pourrait-être une belle maison et une bonne location, malheureusement les propriétaires ne sont là que pour faire de l'argent. Ils récupèrent même les condiments et le charbon de bois laissés par les locataires précédents, et surtout n'oubliez rien car vous n'aurez aucun espoir de vous voir restituer les objets oubliés. Les équipements sont hors d'âge et même dangereux, cocotte minute avec poignée fêlée. Enfin, on vous fait payer 120€ pour le ménage qui laisse franchement à désirer ! Bref à éviter !

Our week in St Martin was lovely, the house gave us enough space for our family of nine people of various ages to enjoy the quiet charm of the area. Much of the furniture and fittings were basic but had a nostalgic feeling. Monsieur and Madame Barennes were very welcoming to us all , thank you.

Maison très fonctionnelle pour des vacances en famille. Au calme , bien située . Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé des propriétaires. C'est avec nostalgie que nous avons quitté ce petit coin de paradis.
