- the residence is located in the sought after residential area of La Nartelle
the golden sands residence is made up of small 1-storey buildings surrounded by small gardens, private parking lots; all enclosed with secure access
the apartment, meanwhile, consists of a kitchenette, a shower room, a separate toilet, a closet, a living room with a futon sofa and a dining table surrounded by 4 chairs all opening onto a 5 m² terrace. storage units complete the set.
A secure staircase takes you to the mezzanine or a comfortable 140 cm bed awaits you surrounded by cupboards.
A fixed and quality air conditioning makes the stay more pleasant during periods of hot weather. The reversible air conditioning turns into heating in winter.
Internet and wifi access allow for an offer of 160 TV channels
Leaving your apartment in the golden sands, you just have to cross the road to lounge on the public sandy beach with lifeguard or according to your choice on one of the private beaches that litter the Nartelle coast bordered by palm trees and recently revamped .Showers have been installed on the beach
