It is a very lovely little house on the beach and it has everything you need, a complete house. Free parking across the road, walk to the town in 15minutes. Beautifull location for peace and quiet. Catherine takes good care off you and will provide everything you need.

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location. Right on the beach and a quick drive/15 min walk into town. The only negative would be the lack of WiFi, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to unplug! Our hosts were excellent too. Would definitely stay here again.

Even though we arrived for our stay in Winter the stand alone small dwelling was warm and inviting with more than sufficient heating and spotless presentation. We tried hard to leave it the same way but how can you better excellence! Everything worked and the walk to Sainte-Maxime was only 15-20 min along a really pleasant boulevard where we were presented with some of the best food we have experienced in France. At night we listened to the waves crashing only four or five meters from our glass sliding door with a glass of red in hand. This is a special place and managed/owned by special people - Catherine was a wonderful host and she was both helpful and responsive without fault. I don't want to encourage too many people to go there as I would like to see some time-slots open for us again through this year. It was worth the journey on its own and then topped off with the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime which we felt had so much more warmth, character and style over Saint-Tropez. This is a definite winner.

Vi var nere nu i november och hade en fantastisk vecka tillsammans som familj. Att tÀckningen var dÄlig och att inget Wi-Fi fanns gjorde bara att vi faktiskt njöt och umgicks mer som familj. Platsen Àr vÀldigt fin, det Àr Max 10 meter till havet. NÀra vÀgen men det stör inte och det finns 2 grindar emellan. Platsen Àr ocksÄ insynsskyddad. Botten i vattnet Àr stenig sÄ inget man springer omkring men perfekt för snorkling vÀrden svarar snabbt pÄ alla frÄgor. Lagom promenad in till Sante-Maxime pÄ ca 10 minuter. Tycker man om det lilla, vackra och enkla Àr detta helt perfekt! Rekommenderar varmt!

Un vrai cabanon de pĂȘcheur avec tout le confort La mer Ă  nos pieds ! Un vrai luxe pour un dĂ©paysement total. Si vous aimez la mer vous ĂȘtes au bon endroit ! Je vous recommande ce logement vivement. Bref, le rĂȘve bleu

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© gĂąchĂ© par une odeur nausĂ©abonde provenant de la fosse sceptique dont l’accĂšs se fait par une trape en bois juste derriĂšre la tĂȘte du canapĂ©-lit. Cela a durĂ© deux nuits jusqu’à ce que ce gaz (du H2S selon l’expert venu effectuer un devis de rĂ©paration), dangereux, nous donne des hauts-le-cƓur et maux de tĂȘte. Nous avons dĂ» quitter le logement 2 nuits plus tĂŽt et en trouver un nouveau en urgence un aprĂšs-midi avec un bĂ©bĂ© et un enfant de 3ans. La propriĂ©taire s’est excusĂ©e et a proposĂ© de nous rembourser intĂ©gralement nos frais, engagement sur lequel elle est revenue une fois que nous avions quittĂ© le logement en laissant Ă  notre charge les frais de mĂ©nage (nous avons rendu l’appartement en trĂšs bon Ă©tat malgrĂ© le dĂ©part prĂ©cipitĂ©) et taxe de sĂ©jour, y compris pour les nuits non effectuĂ©es. Une rĂ©paration a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©e le lendemain de notre dĂ©part car ni le couvercle de la fosse ni la plaque d’accĂšs derriĂšre le canapĂ© n’étaient Ă©tanches. Mais nous doutons vraiment de ces rĂ©parations car l’installation dĂšs le dĂ©part est dangereuse (fosse sceptique donnant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur du logement sans tuyau d’évacuation des gaz vers l’extĂ©rieur).

Un trÚs bon séjour malgré le temps qui n'était malheureusement pas de la partie. Propriétaire accueillante, à l'écoute et compréhensive. Un plus pour le parking à 50 mÚtres, juste la route à traverser qui se trouve derriÚre l'hébergement. Un petit escalier descend de la route vers l'appartement et on est sur la plage !

Super emplacement, les pieds dans l'eau. Cependant quelques bémols : la propreté n'équivalait pas les 50 euros demandés (casseroles sales, hotte trÚs "dégradée", touffes de cheveux des précédents locataires....), et surtout la dimension de la douche ( 65 cm x 65 cm : faire un régime sévÚre avant de venir). Par contre excellent accueil et disponibilité de la propriétaire.
