"Alexandre, our host at the Chateau, was simply wonderful. There are only a few rooms, so it was a very special stay, and the rooms are beautiful and large. The experience he provides is staying in a private home, with a formal living room, a dining room for breakfast, and a sitting room for relaxing. "Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal.
