We loved this hotel!! Roxanne and all the front desk girls were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions on local businesses. The room was perfect with many amenities including washer/ dryer. Kitchen with all utensils. View from balcony was great!! Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saipan. Thanks again for the excellent service!

At this property, you will get spacious and clean accommodations at a great price. If you’re on the ocean side, the Ocean and sunset views are lovely. The ocean is very swim friendly and the beach is very walk friendly. There are good restaurants in the area and overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this property if we return to Saipan in the future.

The room was immaculate, the hotel is perfect. There is no restaurant that’s OK there’s many right close by. There is no pool and that’s OK because the beach is right outside your window. It is a very nice and clean place. Very courteous staff I would stay here again.

This was our first time in Saipan. The Aquarius staff was amazing and super helpful. There is major road construction in front of the property - a bit of a mess. The unit was slimly supplied - 2 of each - forks, plates, etc. One sharp knife and limited other kitchen accessories. We probably cook more than most. The ocean views and sunsets were phenomenal. The area between the Aquarius and the ocean is private access so tents with families on the weekend is common.

Sandy beach no rocks to worry about. Towels provided at front desk. Doors and cabinets need painting mostly bed room and bathroom. Door to laundry access not the best as you could not open the dryer door to easily access dry laundry

The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia.

The property is PERFECT for families with lots of room to move around, a full kitchen and a washer & dryer! The location is right on the beach - bonus if you love getting up and going beaching right away. Another bonus is being a round lots of places to get food and close to a grocery store. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Good choice for long-term stay

I loved the Aquarius Beach Tower. The staff are friendly and attentive. The beach behind the hotel is great. It is also nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine. Some of the furniture is old, but the place is kept clean and view and the staff make this hotel a great choice.

전망이 끝내주는 조용하고 아늑한 바로 앞이 바닷가고 바베큐를 해먹을 수 있는 벤치

번화가가 위쪽에 위치했는데 우린 공항쪽과 가까운 아래쪽이라 조용하고 한산했고 무엇보다 전망이 너무 좋았다 그치만 집 구조가 옛날 식이라 샤워는 서서 해야하고 냉장고는 작동이 안되고 냉동실온도가 냉장고 온도라고 생각하면 된다. 직원들의 친절함은 그저 말할수없이 너무 고마웠다 바로 앞에 KFC와 옷가게는 있지만 슈퍼가 없고 편의점은 전혀없고.. 사이판특성상 슈퍼가 번화가 쪽 아니면 모두 차를 타고 움직여야한다. 호텔에서 할 수 있는 놀이 시설은 전혀없지만 무엇보다 조용함과 전망때문에 다시 방문하고 싶다
