The best choice for family with children

I and my wife and 2 sons had a truly joyful time at this resort. Each restaurant was really good for Koreans(especially barbecues at the Beach Side restaurant) and all attractions are very great for children.

Great time at PIC

Customer service was excellent: from reservations, F&B team, and poolside. The room was clean and big. The food was delicious at the Magellan restaurant. We are there for dinner and brunch. Our family had a great time during this 2 night stay.

Property was amazing, pool and activities were great, loved the new water slides. Overall the facilities were fantastic. But the beds were hard and the water never got hot for the showers, mildly warm water for a couple of minutes at best.

My room was so far elevator. I was sad to see the construction site from the balcony. but PIC hotel was offer very nice service. So the children want to visit again.

Staff was so friendly! The room was clean, could use a little more dusting on the bottom of furniture but all in all clean enough, I only say that cause my son kept throwing his legos and I kept finding mini dust but no biggie — nonetheless, the room was great for us three. They cleaned our rooms every other day, and kept leaving us water, which I really appreciated to help keep us hydrated! We were there on business, so we rented a car and found the parking lot with ample space. We didn’t have much time to actually utilize the waterpark, but it’s in really good condition, I wish Guam PIC had a big slide. The bigger slides, lazy river and lap pool only open on weekends, I believe because when we did try to go on a Wednesday it was closed, but again for us no big deal since we were there on business. In the evenings they had social events for the kids, when we arrived on Friday they had a foam party, which I was bummed I didn’t put my son in his bathing suit or we would’ve joined them. They really make it fun and interactive for the kids — which is wonderful! They have tennis courts, mini putt putt and even a basketball court. There’s even an I love Saipan gift shop on premises so no need to go very far from the property. We had their buffet the first night we were there, pretty decent. So much to choose from. HUGE dining area. My son loved their pasta and I went back for seconds on the soft serve. All in all, we will definitely come stay here again! Thank you PIC

My 8 year old had a blast at this wonderful kids friendly resort. She enjoyed at the kids club and teachers were all super sweet and fun! She did not want to go home. Most children are Koreans but she managed the language barrier very well and had so much fun with friends and teachers!

great but not perfact

The overall direction of the resort felt fantastic. However, the very outdated room conditions, especially the air conditioning system, make it difficult to give the highest rating. Nonetheless, the meals and various cultural events made the stay in Saipan wonderful. If I visit Saipan again, I would choose PIC again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid of their own trash but being told upon check in of your rules would have been a better way to relay this information. Over all it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly. Yes we would stay again Saipan def has a better hotel than Guam. Thank you

Our recent stay at PIC Saipan was memorable! Although the property itself shows signs of age, the bathroom in our room was renovated, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel offers a ton of activities and amenities within the property, from a water park to a beach bar, BBQ spot, and even a gift shop with snacks and drinks. The all-inclusive meal plan was a standout – not only was the food delicious, but it also meant I didn’t have to spend a penny on meals, which made the stay even better. The staff was incredible, especially with children. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The only downside was that housekeeping came every other day, though they ensured we had essentials like towels and toiletries when needed. One small wish – it would have been nice to have a cafe for a quick latte fix! But with all the free food, I can’t complain. Overall, it was a wonderful, satisfying stay, and I’d happily return! 스태프 분들.. 말 많은 저희 아이와 대화도 잘 나눠주시고, 한국음식도 너무 맛있고.. 정말 우기였는데도 저희 가족에게 최고였어요! 또 가고 싶어요~
