Excellent hotel with spacious and luxurious rooms. Perfect for a stay in Kawagoe to explore the local area and right on top of Hon-Kawagoe station. Next to the hotel is a wonderful Yakitori shop with amazing food at very cheap prices with superb customer service. I cannot reccomend this shop enough.

Hotel is good and just next to railway station. Walkable distance to famous tourist spot in 5 minutes.

Staff were so helpful, all spoke English, and were very welcoming to my young kids. Gave a small kids amenities bag to each child. Very convenient location. Glad we stayed there.

Very practical when you have no car and arrive from train station. Even if 10 mn walk it's easy in a pedestrian street. Luggage drop off option mostly appreciated and help with computer material. 👍

初めて泊まりました。部屋は普通のものといえますがベッドの硬さがとても良く、熟睡できました。今よくある大風呂があるともっと良かったのですが。朝食も美味しくいただきました。フロントのスタッフの多さには驚きました。

部屋の空調がおかしい 30度に設定したのに、冷たい風 スタッフに問い合せたが、毛布かヒーター持ってきますと言われた。 毛布でしのいでたが、寒いため再度問い合せ 夜中の12時にヒーター持ってきてくれたが 部屋移りますかと言われた 部屋空いてるならもっと早く言って欲しかった 寝る準備してるのに部屋移動はない ヒーターつけて寝たが、 乾燥ひどく顔がカピカピになってしまった
