Everything was great, except for the bed and pillows. There are very stiff so if youre used to a soft bed I would not recommend. Other than that the staff were helpful and accommodating. There is no luggage transfer from the hotel so keep that in mind!

Service at counter is smooth, staff is patient for serving, even at self checkin machine, also, staff will actively ask for you required for keep my luggage right at counter when the time of checkin not reach. Room is clean, big. Bed is comfortable and environment is quiet, can have a nice sleep.
