"This is a lively quiet downstairs apartment. It was so we'll appointed with every amenity you might want. It was a bit farther away from the train station but it was worth the walk!! Super clean! Not sure why they (rakuten) changed the description to say it could house 23 people. It was perfect for 3 of us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property!"

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"I had to go back to the front desk to ask the staff to turn on the AC main switch; After that it was great. There were only 3 wash/dry combo laundry machines. They were consistently full, and the preset dry cycle doesn't dry very well. Only 1 has IC pay, the others require 100 yen coins."
