"I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts when traveling and this one was not good. That was literally the only negative. There's a food hall connected to the hotel open from 1000 -2200 that has pretty decent food options if you're too lazy to walk or it's raining. I will stay here again when back in Osaka. "位置绝佳，不远就是地铁，所以我们虽然是自己开车来的，在第二天还是选择坐地铁去了心斋桥，毕竟可以直达不用倒车。酒店服务很好，早上忘带餐券，门口经理帮我查了以后直接让我们进去了，很体贴。还有门童帮搬行李，也非常主动，要知道他们是不用小费的，还这么热情，让我们很高兴，当然按照我们的习惯，还是给了小费。总之，很不错的酒店。"
