"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks"

This hotel is classified as a 4* hotel, but it's more like 2.5* in Greece. The rooms all have some defects, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Free Wifi, forget about it. "The check in process with very bad.. when I try to make check in, the reception asked me to pay another fees called a reservation difference arguing that the price I already paid online is for the American clients only !!!!!! When I tried to clarify that when I made my reservation on the Orbitz app, the application didn't asked me about my nationality, they replied by showing me a confirmation page about my reservation from another site called "hotelbeds" and said that they don't know anything...
