"Amazing central location, friendly hotel staff were so friendly and sorted out out balloon trip for us, they can book guests into all activities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and a great view. We didn’t to use the rooftop pool but it looked gorgeous. We could park our hire car there too. We booked 3 deluxe rooms and each was quirky and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were a little bit tired in places but fine for us. This hotel is exceptional value for money in an excellent location"

"This was our most anticipated stay as part of our first trip to Turkey and as a result really fell short of expectations. The property is cool and well located, staff are great (they were very kind and treated us well as it was our anniversary) and breakfast is a good spread. That said the property needs some care. For starters parts of the property were under construction and outside the property, caves were covered in scaffolding for upkeep. At no point were we informed of the construction, it was an eye sore and perhaps we wouldn’t have felt as blind-sided had we known. But given we were looking for a cave experience, there were plenty of other properties we could have considered had we known about construction. It was a let down, no one wants to be surrounded by scaffolding on holiday. Also, the pool area had no staff present after 8pm. "

"Best place to stay in Goreme! Room was spacious and had a nice place to sit down and eat as well as mini fridge. Location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you want to see. There is a gym on site and a great breakfast buffet every morning. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Especially Guney goes above and beyond to help if you want to book tours or find out information for the area. Also you can store luggage and take a shower after checkout. Highly recommend!"
