Well, where do i start? When we first arrived, we really liked this hotel, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. But on the last few days of our stay, it got worse. The wifi didn't work everday, and i had to call for them to fix the wifi. Then on the last day, as we stepped out of our room, we were immediately assaulted by horrible cigarette smoke coming from room 4451, which was right across our room. I have a medical condition and i am allergic to cigarette smoke! It affects my ability to breathe normally. And the smell of cigarette smoke is so disgusting! I cannot believe that a nice hotel doesn't manage their customers better and emphasize the rules. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it allows people to smoke in their rooms even though the rooms are all "non-smoking" rooms.

The lodging is pushed hard on sites like Expedia. The photos do not match the room quality. There were lots of bugs in the room and the facility is aging. They say they are doing upgrades but I didn’t see anything happening. We left early.

Overall, the facilities, parking, and cleanliness are all excellent. However, the front desk staff's English skills are poor. So it's difficult to communicate, and maybe it's because they don't speak English, so they're unfriendly compared to other hotel staff. I made a reservation through mobile and finished paying, but I almost had to pay again. Had I not checked, I would have paid twice. It's funny, the cleaning staff are friendly, but the front desk is unfriendly.

Grosses Zimmer mit gefälliger Einrichtung, bequemes Kingsizebett. Leider war beim Check-in das Kaffee/Teezubehör nicht komplett. Das Badezimmer hatte keine begehbare Dusche sondern "nur" eine Badewanne mit Vorhang. Ansonsten eine sehr saubere Unterkunft die ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann.
