"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was absolutely AMAZING, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast every morning because I overslept, so I can’t personally review the breakfast. 😊 One thing I truly appreciated was how accommodating the staff was on our final day. Due to a delay with my chauffeur, they were able to extend my stay by an additional two hours, which was incredibly helpful and made our departure much less stressful. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again if needed. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for their excellent hospitality!"

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客 さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."
